15 Minute Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo
Quick fettucine recipe

Amount Ingredient Name Description
8 ounces Cream cheese cubed
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 cup Butter softened
1/2 cup Heavy cream
8 ounces Fettucine cooked and drained
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg Freshly ground

Steps

1. In a large saucepan, stir together the cream cheese, parmesan, butter, and cream. Heat, stirring, until smooth.

2. Add hot, cooked fettuccini, and toss until well covered. Serve immediately, sprinkled with nutmeg.

3. NOTES : Margarine, and milk can be substituted for the butter and cream for the weakat heart.
