Breakfast Casserole
Prepare the night before!

Amount Ingredient Name Description
1 pound Bacon or sausage cooked
6 Eggs or egg beaters
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 slices white bread cubed

Steps
1. Beat eggs.

2. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

3. Put in 6x10 baking dish sprayed with Pam.

4. Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour or until hot and bubbly.

5. Optional: May add green pepper, onion, diced green chiles, mushrooms. For 9x13 pan, double recipe.
